The Position Working closely with a Senior Property Manager, you will be trained and supported across all aspects of a well-managed portfolio.

Your Duties Include:





- Assisting with day-to-day portfolio management
- Conducting ingoing, routine and final inspections
- Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Processing applications and administration tasks
- Learning systems, procedures and best practice PM processes
- Delivering excellent customer service

Skills & Experience

- Previous inspections or Assistant Property Management experience preferred OR someone recent to the industry with a fantastic attitude to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Professional presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive team attitude
- Someone who enjoys a supportive culture and working with good people
