Assistant Retail Manager - Northern Suburbs & North Shore
Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others become the best version of themselves? Elite Supplements is looking for an energetic, customer-focused retail leader to join us on a part-time basis (20–30 hours per week), supporting our stores across the Northern Suburbs and North Shore.
What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager in leading the team and driving sales to exceed targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections
- Help coach and develop staff to perform at their best
- Share your knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (don't worry—we'll train you!)
- Assist with rosters, stock and merchandising to keep the store performing and looking fresh
- Step up and take ownership of the store in the Manager's absence
What We're Looking For
- Retail leadership or supervisory experience — you've run a shift or a team before
- A track record of hitting and beating sales targets
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Strong communication skills and versatile availability (including weekends)
- Supplement knowledge is a big plus, but we'll back the right leader
- Willingness to travel between stores across the Northern Suburbs and North Shore when required
