You will assist a Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day management of their portfolio while also supporting leasing activities. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting rental open-for-inspections
- Responding to prospective renter enquiries
- Processing and following up rental applications
- Assisting with lease preparation and new renter onboarding
- Completing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-up
- Communicating with rental providers, renters and tradespeople
- Preparing correspondence and property documentation
- Updating property management systems and records
About you
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- A professional, reliable and positive approach
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to manage several tasks and follow through promptly
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A current Victorian Agent's Representative qualification, or a willingness to obtain one
- Available to work every second Saturday, with time off in lieu provided
