- Previous relevant experience within a reputable advice boutique or private bank
- Relevant qualifications & system knowledge (Xplan)
- Sound technical and investment knowledge with a keen interest in investment markets
- A growth focus, both in terms of the business and personally
- Capacity to identify areas of improvement across the business
- Clear, qualified written and verbal communication skills
