YOMG is looking for a capable Back of House Supervisor who can lead a kitchen shift, maintain food standards and help the team perform at its best when service is moving quickly.

This is a hands-on leadership role. When rostered as the person in charge, you will coordinate the back of house team, allocate stations and breaks, manage production flow and protect food safety, quality and service times. You will coach from the floor and step into any station where the team needs support.

What You Will Do

- Lead assigned shifts and provide clear direction to two or more team members.
- Check preparation, stock, equipment and station readiness before service.
- Allocate stations, coordinate breaks and adjust the team as volume changes.
- Direct kitchen flow and communication with front of house.
- Coach recipe execution, portions, pace, quality and safe work practices.
- Monitor stock, yields and waste and prevent avoidable shortages or overproduction.
- Complete food safety, cleaning, opening,



closing and operational records accurately.
