About the Role

We are seeking qualified, experienced Beauty Therapists who are passionate about skin, confident in advanced treatment techniques, and skilled in retail sales. This full-time role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys working in a collaborative clinic environment alongside nurses, dermal clinicians, hairdressers, and wellness practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of beauty and skin services, including facials, chemical peels, laser, and body treatments
- Conduct detailed client consultations and skin assessments
- Create tailored treatment plans and confidently recommend skincare products
- Achieve personal and clinic retail sales targets through excellent product knowledge
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols and ensure a polished clinic presentation
- Stay current with training, protocols, and industry trends
- Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

- Consistently hit weekly and monthly treatment bookings
- Reach retail product sales targets through confident recommendations
- Maintain high rebooking and client retention rates
- Contribute to positive client reviews and satisfaction scores

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a clinic or salon setting
- Sales experience or strong confidence in recommending skincare/homecare products
- Confident with skin treatments, laser, and/or body services
- A genuine passion for skin health and client education
- Professional grooming and strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
- Full time availability essential
- Sponsorship available for qualified candidates
