This isn’t just another sales job - you’ll be representing Eagle Bay Brewing Co an established family-owned brewery with a strong brand, brewery and restaurant in the picturesque Margaret River region.

You'll be the face of EBBC across Perth, looking after our existing customers, winning new accounts and finding new opportunities to get our beer into more hands.

We’re looking for a social, proactive and commercially minded go-getter with a love of craft beer and the hospitality industry. You'll have excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills - a great communicator with the ability to prioritize.

It is highly desirable for you to have 2+ years of craft beer, Liquor or FMCG sales experience. Strong hospitality relationships are equally important.

About the Role

This is a hands-on,



relationship driven sales role where no two weeks will look the same. You’ll spend your time on the road across the Perth metro area, visiting customers, developing new business, identifying opportunities and making sure Eagle Bay is front of mind.

The role reports to our Perth-based Sales Manager and you’ll work closely with our Southwest Beer Rep and collaborate with Marketing to execute our wholesale strategy and grow our presence across both on-premise and off-premise channels.

Key duties include

- Growing sales, identifying opportunities and winning new accounts across Perth
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers
- Working towards sales targets and budgets
- Executing our wholesale strategy
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance
- Working with the wider team on strategic sales and brand initiatives
- Representing EBBC at tastings, events, festivals and brand activations

You’ll need your RSA, a current driver’s license and permanent Australian working rights. Tools of the Trade supplied - Work Vehicle, Phone and Laptop
