Job Description

Bunnings in Australia invites a Department Manager to lead a 20+ person team, oversee daily store operations, and drive service quality across specialist areas such as Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden.

You will train and develop your team, manage rosters including weekends, monitor customer service levels and KPIs, work with Merchandising and Health & Safety, and ensure the Widest Range and Best Prices are delivered.
