The Role

- Manage an established portfolio of commercial properties
n
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
n
- Handle day-to-day property management enquiries and requirements
n
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
n
- Conduct regular property inspections
n
- Manage lease administration, renewals and documentation
n
- Monitor rent reviews, arrears and tenant obligations
n
- Prepare owner reporting and correspondence
n
- Coordinate compliance requirements and essential services




n
- Assist with budgets, expenditure and property performance
n
- Manage tenant issues and negotiations professionally
n
- Liaise with owners regarding capital works and maintenance
n
- Work alongside the broader commercial team to maximise client outcomes
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced inCommercial Property Management
n
- Organised, proactive and client-focused
n
- Confident managing landlords, tenants and contractors
n
- Knowledgeable in commercial leasing and tenancy matters
n
- Licensed/registered in Queensland
n
- Experienced with Cirrus 8/Released
n
