We're looking for the next superstar to join our Penrith-based agency.
n This role combines account management, content creation, strategic thinking and proactive ideation.

n

This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work from our Penrith office 4 days per week and 1 day from home.

n

You'll be the key point of contact for your clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing quality written content.
n From strategy through to execution and optimisation, you'll work closely with internal teams to deliver measurable results while elevating the Hive standard.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Growth

n

n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
n
- Lead account management across a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention and growth
n
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth
n
- Develop and present strategic marketing solutions tailored to client objectives
n
- Collab with internal teams (paid media, web, SEO, creative) to execute campaigns end-to-end
n
- Oversee implementation of campaigns,



ensuring alignment with strategy and timelines
n
- Drive a results-focused approach, ensuring all activity is measurable and performance-led
n

Content & Creative

n

n
- Plan, create and manage content across social media platforms
n
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for ads, EDMs and other digital marketing assets
n
- Contribute to creative direction and campaign ideation
n
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively suggest new content and campaign opportunities
n
- Develop shot lists and facilitate client content shoots with our videographers
n
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights to clients
n
- Continuously optimise approach based on data and insights
n

Networking

n

- Represent Hive at networking events, industry functions and client meetings
n

n

Proactivity & Ideation

n

- Bring fresh ideas to the table across campaigns, content and client growth strategies
n
- Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions
n
- Contribute to internal innovation and continuous improvement
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Happy to work from our Penrith office 4 days per week, 1 day from home (must have a driver's license)
n
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in a Client Success,



Account Management or Digital Marketing role (agency experience highly regarded)
n
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid media, email and content
n
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate strategy into transparent recommendations
n
- Confident in managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results
n
- Solid copywriting and content creation skills
n
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise accordingly
n
- A natural relationship builder who thrives in both client-facing and team environments
n

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
