The Role
- Workshop fabrication and on-site installation of structural and custom steel
- Welding using Flux Core, GMAW and MMAW processes
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Rigging and steel erection on site (as required)
- Working closely with supervisors, project teams, and other trades
- Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you develop
About You
- Trade qualified Boilermaker/Welder
- Valid White Card
- Manual driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Competent in Flux Core, GMAW and MMAW welding
- Able to fabricate and assemble from engineer’s drawings
- Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and safety
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Site experience (highly regarded)
- Forklift ticket (advantageous)
- Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
- Full Australian working rights
