The Wangaratta Performing Arts and Convention Centre (WPACC) is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Box Office Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in a job share role.
About The Role
This is far from your typical admin position! As the face of our Box Office, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional front-of-house- experiences for our valued patrons while also supporting the smooth running of venue operations behind the scenes.
In This Varied Role, You Will
- Provide an outstanding customer service to a diverse range of patrons
- Manage ticket sales and enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Perform daily reconciliation and financial reporting
- Assist with sales reporting and administrative processes
- Support wider venue operations and event delivery
- Resolve enquiries efficiently at first point of contact
About You You'll bring robust attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and confidence working with ticketing software in a fast-paced environment. Experience in ticket systems, box office sales and administration will be highly regarded.
