We are searching for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our rapidly expanding kitchen team in a casual capacity.

About the Role:

Doma Hotels has a strong focus on making a big impact on our guest experience. Our latest Restaurant will showcase local quality produce and 5-star customer service.

We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our team and who will have the opportunity to work in a first-class dining venue and be trained by some of the very best Chefs.

To be successful you must possess the following attributes:

- 1 year experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience working with A la Carte breakfast service




- Working within a fast-paced kitchen
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- High understanding of kitchen production and hygiene procedures
- Great attention to detail
- A passion for the department
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Deliver consistency in product quality and presentation
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Available to work early mornings on a rotating roster including weekdays and weekends
