About the role To conduct visual building audits and inspections on behalf of SPM Assets for SPM Assets' clients.

Key responsibilities

- Undertake generalist building surveys within time and in line with the project scope

- Collect data on individual components based on condition grades, assessed remaining life, and judgements of building performance

- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in the collection of survey data

- Timely responses to email and phone communication relating to survey schedules, upcoming projects and surveyor meetings

- Attend all project related meetings as requested

- Ensure all timesheets are completed correctly and in a timely manner

- Ensure all invoices and expenses are submitted correctly and by the agreed submission date

- Perform quality assurance check on all collected survey data through use of self-auditing Mobile QA checks





- Follow up all QA queries from the Project Specialists, the Project Managers and/or the Survey Manager in a timely manner

- Follow all SPM Assets and site specific H&S; requirements and procedures at all times

About you

- Current National Police Check

- Current Working with Children and Vulnerable People Checks in home state

- Current General Construction Induction Card (White card)

- Current Insurance

- Valid driver's licence

- Registered and insured vehicle

- Familiarity with working on a mobile tablet and basic knowledge of MS Office

- Knowledge of buildings, building fabrics and building components

- Experience in customer interactions
