Your Prospect The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design and development of business transformation projects as part of EPMO Delivery Portfolio. As a member of the business and product team, you will support team members throughout the project lifecycle, playing an integral part of the product design process. Along with documenting and helping elicit business requirements, you will aid in the capturing and writing of individual and project tasks.

Your Responsibilities

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and testing products.
- Assist the Product team with dataflow and process mapping as needed.
- Assist the Product Owners with backlog management,



requirements scoping and definition.
- Ensuring tests sufficiently cover the business rules and requirements.
- Coordinate with the wider business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and to review/produce specifications for product or system changes.
- Participating in project and design walkthroughs and implementation sessions
- Develop high-quality user stories and detailed acceptance criteria that clearly articulate business requirements and support effective delivery by development teams.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment, actively contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Capture, analyze, document, and validate business acceptance criteria, as well as map out customer journeys within the scope of the project.
- Provide administrative and business support for the EPMO Delivery project teams.
- Identify, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring solutions support operational processes, ongoing application management, supportability, performance and future business needs.

About You Desired Skills and Experience To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have





- Experience in a Business Analyst role or related field is preferred
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proven experience gathering high-quality requirements
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across a range of stakeholder types
- Ability to understand complex business problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to plan and manage own deliverables
- Ability to work with the project team and business partners to support staff through change
- Ability to meet tight project deadlines and manage conflicting priorities and having a result driven attitude
- Being an enthusiastic team member with strong interpersonal skills
