We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our NDIS services across the Central Coast, including Gosford, Wyong, Long Jetty and surrounding communities.

This role suits someone with strong local connections who enjoys building partnerships and helping participants access suitable disability support.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver a business development plan for the Central Coast.
- Build referral relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health providers and community organisations.
- Generate referrals for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), community access and other disability support services.
- Promote accommodation vacancies and available support services.
- Identify local service needs and partnership opportunities.
- Attend networking events and represent Ablepoint Australia in the community.
- Work with intake and operations teams to support participant onboarding.




- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on referrals and results.

About you

- Experience in business development or relationship management within the NDIS or disability sector.
- Sound understanding of NDIS services and a participant-focused approach.
- Existing Central Coast referral networks are highly regarded.
- Solid communication, networking and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage priorities independently and achieve agreed targets.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the Central Coast.
