We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our NDIS services across Sydney, with a focus on South West Sydney and Penrith.

We are looking for someone who understands the NDIS sector, builds robust referral relationships and connects participants with support that meets their needs and goals.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement a business development plan for Sydney.
- Build relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, hospitals and community organisations.
- Generate referrals for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), community access and other disability support services.
- Promote available services and accommodation vacancies.
- Attend networking events, provider meetings and community activities.
- Work with intake and operations teams to support enquiries, service matching and participant onboarding.




- Maintain accurate referral records and report on activity and growth.

About you

- Proven experience in business development or referral management within the NDIS or disability sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS services and participant choice and control.
- Existing referral networks across Sydney are highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Sydney.
