About the Position The City has two opportunities available for this position, one temporary (12 months with possible extension) and one permanent, both full-time and based at the City's Civic Centre.



Please specify in your cover letter which opportunity you will be applying for, or whether you are open to either. Working within our Information Systems Team, these positions will support and enhance the City's corporate business systems. The primary focus will be on the implementation, continuous improvement and ongoing support of modules within the TechnologyOne OneCouncil solution. This will require a corporate outlook and an innovative approach to continuous business improvement.

A critical analysis of business processes across the organisation is vital and the implementation of process improvement is core in the role. We are looking an advanced professional in the systems & process design and implementation space, with experience on low, medium and high software implementation projects.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate:

- Excellent business analysis, process mapping and documentation skills
- Lateral thinker capable of translating business requirements into solution designs.
- Proven negotiation skills and interpersonal skills that guide users in the use of business systems and associated business processes.
- Substantial experience in a Business Systems Analyst role implementing, configuring and supporting ERP solutions.
- Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
- A current National Police Clearance
