: We are looking for skilled and experienced Butchers to join a meat processing or retail operation in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and packaging meat while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities: Cut, trim, debone, and portion beef, pork, lamb, or other meat products. Prepare meat according to company specifications and customer requirements. Use knives, saws, mincers, and other butchery equipment safely and correctly. Remove bones, excess fat, and unwanted portions from meat. Weigh, label, package, and store meat products properly. Maintain clean and hygienic work areas and equipment.

Follow

Australian food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures. Inspect meat for quality and report any issues to the supervisor.



Work efficiently as part of a team and meet daily production targets. Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a Butcher or Meat Processing Worker. Knowledge of meat cutting, trimming, and preparation techniques. Positive knife-handling skills. Physically fit and able to work in a cold meat-processing environment. Willing to work standing for extended periods. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant butchery qualification or trade certificate is an advantage.

Pay: $800.00 – $1,000.00 per month
