The position is offered to work on site on a permanent full-time basis and includes working shifts outside of standard business hours in the evenings and on weekends. Applicants must be able to work these shifts. Applications from candidates seeking part time roles will be considered in line with the flexible working arrangements available under the Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement (please state any specific requirements for part time work in your application).

- Provide a copy of your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) record or equivalent summary of professional development activities covering the past 12 months, including any completed education, training, conferences, workshops, presentations, teaching activities, credentialing, quality improvement projects, publications, or other relevant professional development activities.
