About the role
Premium RV Repairs is looking for an experienced and confident caravan repairer to join our friendly team on the Sunshine Coast. The role will involve both workshop and on-site work, so you'll need to be comfortable working independently, managing your workload and representing our business professionally when dealing with customers.
Key responsibilities
- General caravan repairs and maintenance
- Insurance repairs
- Caravan modifications and upgrades
- Water damage repairs and resealing
- Awnings, windows, hatches and external fittings
- 12V electrical fault finding and installations
- Plumbing and water systems
- Appliances including hot water systems, fridges and air conditioners
- Suspension, brakes and running gear
- Internal and external caravan repairs
About you
- Experienced within the caravan/RV repair industry
- Can confidently work unsupervised and manage their own jobs
- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Has good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Has a strong understanding of Work Health & Safety requirements
- Is comfortable working both in a workshop workplace and on-site
- Is reliable, approachable and works well as part of a small team
- Communicates well with customers and fellow team members

Hourly rate will be negotiated based on the successful applicant’s experience, skills and ability. Casual or permanent position will be considered.
