Casual Administration, Sales and Marketing Assistant based in Southport, Gold Coast

$37 Level 4 casual

Minimum 12 hours per week (preferably 4 hours per 3 days but this is negotiable).

Casual position, leading onto possible extra hours depending on growth of business and your ability to help with daily duties and market the business to increase revenue. Karma Cupcakes has been in business for over 14 years and we are ideally looking for someone that can offer their energetic skills and is enthusiasm, to help the business grow.

It is an opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of small, friendly business offering and expanding on our quality products. Plus can see and apply innovative and creative ways to market the business.

Knowledge of and or Skills that will be favorably considered are:

- Organising and systematizing day to day office procedures with evidence of time management skills.
- Ability to learn about products to discuss and sell to customers
- Good friendly communication skills required for customer relations,



customer ordering purposes, work place and other employee interactions and for maintaining good rapport with any persons who may or may not have direct contact with our business.
- Writing skills required for quotes, emails, website adjustments, work place manuals, social media interaction, newsletters, advertising and other similar duties.
- MYOB, accounting and or bookkeeping skills.
- Ability to utilise Social Media to maximize marketing strategies.
- Web Site development including ecommerce (online shopping), SEO, AI, implementing/ maintaining customer friendly use of website and updating online products.

Job Type: Casual Pay: From $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12.0 per week

Experience

- office and or marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
