We’re looking for a casual chef to join the kitchen team at Cascade Brewery Bar in South Hobart.
This is a great role for someone who is reliable, organised, and confident working in a busy venue. You’ll be helping with prep, service, and keeping food quality consistent across the shift.
About the role
· Casual chef position
· Food preparation and service across the kitchen
· Cooking menu items to a consistent standard
· Maintaining clean, organised, and protected work areas
· Following food safety and hygiene procedures
· Weekend and evening availability preferred
What we’re looking for
· Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a chef or cook in a busy commercial kitchen
· A positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Ability to stay organised during busy service
· Good communication and teamwork
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work cleanly
Pay: From $36.81 per hour
