Evoqé Events is a Melbourne-based catering company, centrally located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We deliver exceptional food and hospitality across corporate events, conferences, weddings and special occasions. Our culinary team creates fresh, modern menus with a focus on quality, creativity and consistency.

We’re currently on the lookout for casual chefs of all levels and kitchenhands to join our team and support us through this busy period.

Chefs:-

- Assisting with preparation, service and event pack-down
- Following recipes, presentation standards and food safety procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider culinary team
- Maintaining a clean, organised and protected kitchen

Kitchenhands:-

- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment and work areas
- Receiving, moving and storing stock
- Assisting with kitchen set-up and event pack-down

We’re looking for individuals who have the following attributes:

- Commercial kitchen experience
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Good communication and time-management skills




- The ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to food quality and presentation
- Sound food safety knowledge
- Relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential for all levels

We have shifts available across weekdays, evenings and weekends, with hours varying depending on event requirements. We’re looking for people who are reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in during our busy period.
