We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead this large high‐quality early childhood service located in Sydney's South West.

About the Role

n

- Lead the day‐to‐day operations of a large service
n
- Support, mentor, and inspire a close‐knit team of educators
n
- Build warm, professional relationships with families
n
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
n
- Work in partnership with supportive, engaged owners
n

About You

n

n
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
n
- Prior experience as a Director of a large centre
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- A genuine passion for high‐quality early childhood education
n
- Ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and positivity
n
