Due to continued growth, we're excited to offer a newly created role for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our high-performing Ambius Sydney team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that blends large-scale project delivery with strategic account management and long-term client retention.
n
Based out of our Sydney branch, you'll manage an established portfolio of key accounts while also working closely on major project installations, ensuring exceptional outcomes from concept through to completion . You'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and identifying opportunities to expand services across existing accounts.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
n
n
- Managing and servicing an existing client portfolio, with a strong focus on account retention and growth
n
- Overseeing and supporting large-scale interior landscaping projects, collaborating with external and internal operations and design teams
n
- Identifying client needs and opportunities to increase sales through tailored solutions
n
- Developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships within major accounts
n
- Preparing customer-focused proposals, including product, service, and cost options
n
- Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating when required
n
- Maintaining accurate customer records across company systems
n
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to management
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
- Proven experience in B2B Account Management, ideally within a service-based industry
n
- The ability to manage a sales territory and prioritise a diverse client base
n
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
n
- High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously
n
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
n
- Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)
n
- Solid computer proficiency and CRM experience
n
- The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
n
