Downer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the Transport & Infrastructure team, based at our Collins Street office in Melbourne. You will partner with hiring managers, shaping sourcing strategies and delivering a seamless candidate experience across a broad portfolio—from frontline to senior leadership roles.
