Job Description
About the Role
n
Can be based in either Sydney (Bella Vista), Parkes or Broken Hill
n
Support Foster Care Case Work teams by delivering high-quality administrative, compliance, and quality assurance support by ensuring accurate record keeping, regulatory compliance, and solid stakeholder engagement to maintain excellence in foster care services.

Duties
n
n
- Provide admin and compliance support to case work teams
n
- Prepare and document meetings and case-related processes
n
- Maintain accurate client data and track case movements
n
- Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation
n
- Liaise with government, carers, and stakeholders as required
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Knowledge of foster care standards and state regulations
n
- Strong admin,
organisation, and record-keeping skills
n
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
n
- Experience with compliance and quality systems
n
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Community Services, or a related discipline highly desirable
n
