If you’re an experienced Property Manager looking for better support and your weekends back, this opportunity is worth considering.

We’re recruiting for an established real estate business in the Ryde/Macquarie Park area seeking a Senior Property Manager to manage an established portfolio of approximately 180 properties.

The Role

• Manage approximately 180 residential properties
• Monday to Friday, 9 am–5:30 pm
• No Saturdays
• Dedicated leasing support
• Assistance with routine inspections
• No trust accounting
• Manage landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
• Prepare for and attend tribunal matters when required

Previous real estate Property Management experience is essential. This chance could suit an established Senior Property Manager or a strong Property Manager ready to take the next step.

A NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence is also required.
