Our busy doctors surgery is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and caring casual receptionist to join our friendly team.
You must be flexible to cover additional hours for sick leave, annual leave and to work occasionally on a Saturday morning.
The successful applicant will be based at The Lake Munmorah Doctors Surgery.
- Experience with Best Practice Software
- Previous Medical reception experience
- Genuine customer service focus and a confident, caring and skilled manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritising patient care and work calmly in a busy and challenging environment
- Strong communication, excellent phone manner, confidentiality and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility with roster
