WOSADO Australia is looking for friendly, confident and sales-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our upcoming pop-up store at Highpoint Shopping Centre.
WOSADO specialises in premium magnetic eyelashes that are easy to apply, reusable and designed for comfortable everyday wear.
About the Role
You will be responsible for creating a welcoming customer experience, introducing customers to WOSADO products and helping them find the right lash style.
Your duties will include
- Greeting and approaching customers in a friendly and confident manner
- Demonstrating how WOSADO magnetic eyelashes work
- Helping customers select suitable lash styles
- Providing excellent customer service and product advice
- Working towards daily sales targets
- Processing sales through the POS system
- Maintaining attractive and organised product displays
- Restocking and monitoring products
- Keeping the pop-up store clean and presentable
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Confident communicating with and approaching customers
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable demonstrating beauty products to customers
- Solid customer service and sales skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Interest in beauty, makeup or eyelashes is an advantage
- Previous beauty retail experience is highly regarded but not essential
Availability Applicants should have good availability throughout November and December, including weekends and the busy Christmas trading period.
Additional hours may be available during extended Christmas trading.
