We are looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate Casual Support Worker to join our Melbourne team. Provide person-centred, respectful, and high-quality support to help participants live independently and achieve their goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide personal and community support
· Assist with daily living activities and household tasks
· Support participants with appointments, social activities, and community events
· Promote independence, choice, dignity, and social participation
· Follow individual support plans and organisational policies
· Maintain accurate records and progress notes
· Build positive relationships with participants, families, and team members
· Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle personnel information appropriately.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with employment, screening, training and compliance records.
- Relevant qualifications or experience, where required for the role. Screening & Compliance
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance, where required.
- Working with Children Check, where required.
- National police check, where required.
Professional registration, licences or other evidence of competency, where applicable.
