- Hourly Rate: $91.42 to $98.77 per hour plus Superannuation

About The Role

As a Casual Teacher –

- Community and Social Services, your key responsibilities include:

- Plan education practices and delivery sessions that reflect the most effective way to engage learners
- Ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages and related requirements
- Develop and deliver planned teaching sessions in a variety of innovative and adaptive ways, using technology to engage learners and meet their needs and learning styles
- Maintain a respectful, and protected environment free from violence and aggression, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination

About You You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools. Qualifications Required For The Role

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2025
- Vocational qualifications at AQF level 5 or above within the area of delivery
- Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
- A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver




- A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge
