LILYMU is located in the heart of Parramatta Square known as a contemporary pan-Asian restaurant that combines influences from China and South East Asia. With a menu that boasts a blend of out of this world flavour combinations through a selection of main dishes and larger share plates, the menu has something for everyone that walks through the door.
LILYMU has menus for both private and larger celebrations with a highlight of Asian fusion dishes. Utilising fresh and ethically sourced ingredients cooked over coals and in searing hot woks, our food is far more than mere sustenance and takes you on a journey through Asia and beyond. LILYMU is looking for enthusiastic and personable Casual Wait Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive and friendly service to every guest
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Have a strong knowledge of our menu and confidently answer guest questions
- Serve food and drinks while maintaining a high standard of presentation
- Set up and reset tables, maintain cleanliness and keep the restaurant looking its best
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Create a welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back
About You
- Previous hospitality or wait staff experience is preferred, but not essential
- Friendly, energetic and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
- A strong team player who is reliable and willing to help wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Well-presented, skilled and approachable
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Available to work a mix of evenings and weekends
- Most importantly, you care about providing great hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests
