We're on the lookout for a seasoned Centre Manager to join our team working on a dynamic new account, overseeing a small portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres located around Melbourne. You will be fully supported by our wider retail team in this highly rewarding and flexible role.

Here's what you will focus on;

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centres efficiently and cost-effectively

- Safeguard and enhance the investment performance of each property

- Oversee tenancy and lease management, including compliance and rent reviews

- Prepare and manage cash flow budgets, including retail performance forecasting

- Conduct weekly site inspections and provide regular performance updates to the client

Here's what you'll need to succeed;

- Proven experience in Property Management within a retail environment

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- A dynamic and adaptable approach to change

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

- Professional communication style and proactive mindset

- Current Driver's Licence and Real Estate Certificate (essential)
