About the role

As Centre Manager, you will take ownership of the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a retail asset. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, you will lead all aspects of centre management, including stakeholder engagement, contractor management, budgeting, compliance, leasing support, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring presentation, maintenance, and contractor performance meet agreed standards.
- Develop and implement strategic asset plans, operating budgets, and financial forecasts to optimise asset performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, contractors, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, and statutory requirements across the property.
- Monitor rental collections,



manage debtor performance, and contribute to leasing and marketing initiatives that support centre growth.

About you To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in retail property, shopping centre, or commercial property management.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, service providers, and operational projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills with tenants, owners, and external partners.
- Current driver's licence and the ability to travel between sites as required.
