Change Manager | Cybersecurity

Lead the people side of a cybersecurity program within a large, complex organisation. We’re looking for a hands-on Change Manager who can own the change approach and deliver it across multiple technology projects and work packages.

The opportunity

Working across Business IT and cybersecurity, you’ll help teams understand and adopt changes to systems, processes and security practices.

You’ll work closely with program leads, technical specialists and business stakeholders, coordinating change across projects that affect the same teams. This role needs someone who can build the plan, bring people along and personally deliver the work.

What you’ll be doing

- Owning change strategies and delivery plans across cybersecurity projects and work packages.
- Assessing business impacts and turning findings into practical change activities.
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
- Aligning change activities with project schedules and managing overlapping impacts.
- Helping leaders communicate what’s changing and support their teams.




- Managing resistance, change saturation and adoption risks.
- Supporting adoption and the transition to business as usual.

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience as a Change Manager with end-to-end delivery accountability.
- Strong experience delivering organisational change across cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience managing change across concurrent technology projects with shared stakeholders.
- Confidence working with senior leaders, technical teams and business users.
- The ability to translate technical requirements into explicit, relevant business messages.
- A practical, independent approach, with the willingness to develop and deliver the change activities yourself.

Experience in information protection, data governance or security behaviour change would be highly regarded. Interested?
