Our team is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to join us and work alongside dynamic Head Chef and Hospitality Manager team, located in Beveridge, 45 minutes north of the CBD. These opportunities are ideal for professionals who have a genuine passion for food and are committed to delivering outstanding dishes, and who are looking to step out of the hustle and bustle of long hours and late nights. The Role

As a qualified Chef, you will assist our Head Chef to deliver high-quality, innovative and fresh food.

Key elements of this role include,



but are not limited to:

- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery and experience within a commercial style kitchen
- Understanding HACCP practices
- A passion for the industry is a must
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Experience in all areas of a commercial kitchen
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge on current food trends.

To be successful in this role the candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a qualified Chef in a similar environment
- Effective communication skills with staff, management, and suppliers
- Flare, enthusiasm, and passion for the industry
- The flexibility to work over a seven-days, evenings, and public holidays

This is a full time salaried position, with excellent working conditions. Relevant visa/citizenship status to work in Australia is a requirement.
