We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join our team at a busy café in Burleigh Heads.

We are looking for someone who is confident working independently and can take responsibility for the kitchen during service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and takes pride in quality food and presentation.

About the role

- Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes
- Running the kitchen independently during service
- Managing prep and maintaining a smooth kitchen operation
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Ordering and stock management when required
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

About you:
- Previous experience as a Chef in a café or similar setting




- Confident working independently and managing a kitchen
- Able to work efficiently during busy service
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Positive attitude and good communication
- Available to work weekdays
