WE'RE HIRING ACROSS BOTH BOH + FOH Summer is coming to Noosa and Light Years is building both our kitchen and front-of-house teams.

We're looking for great hospitality people across a range of experience levels - from those wanting to build their skills and learn, to experienced operators ready to hit the ground running.

And while the food, drinks and location are pretty special, one of the things we're most proud of in Noosa is our culture.

Our Noosa kitchen is building a strong brigade for summer, and we're looking for people who care about great food, great standards and being part of a great kitchen culture.

There are opportunities at different levels.

If you're developing your career, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs, build your technical skills, learn different sections and receive genuine coaching and feedback. Our Commis role, for example, is specifically designed around learning directly from CDPs, Sous Chefs and the Head Chef.

If you're more experienced, we want you to take ownership. Our CDPs run their sections, maintain quality and consistency, and play an important role in supporting and developing junior members of the brigade.

And our Kitchen Hands are absolutely part of the team - supporting the chefs, maintaining standards and playing a critical role in keeping the kitchen moving during service.

Our FOH team is all about creating memorable guest experiences with warmth, personality and confidence.

For our experienced floor crew, we're looking for people who can own a section, understand pace, communicate brilliantly between the floor, kitchen and bar, and genuinely look after their guests.

For our bartenders, we're looking for energy, consistency and professionalism - people who can make great drinks at pace while still bringing personality and creating a great experience at the bar.

And if you're earlier in your hospitality career, our Runner positions are a fantastic opportunity to learn how a busy restaurant operates while developing your service skills alongside an experienced FOH team.
