Ready to take your automotive sales career beyond the traditional dealership environment? As our Chery Motors Sales Consultant, you will use the reach and network of St Kilda Football Club to generate and convert vehicle sales opportunities for our major partner, Chery Motors. You will connect directly with Saints members and corporate clients, manage a strong pipeline of warm leads and develop targeted campaigns and member offers that drive enquiry and sales.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced car salesperson who enjoys achieving targets but is looking for a change of scenery, greater variety and the chance to combine automotive sales with the energy of professional sport.

About The Role

- Drive outbound sales activity with Saints members and corporate clients to generate qualified Chery vehicle opportunities
- Convert warm leads into vehicle sales by clearly communicating relevant offers, benefits and next steps
- Leverage STK Business, the Club’s Corporate Business program, to engage its B2B network, generate qualified leads and convert them into Chery vehicle sales.
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline to achieve agreed sales targets and partner KPIs
- Follow up enquiries and prospective customers promptly to maximise conversion and deliver a strong customer experience
- Develop targeted go-to-market campaigns and member offers that connect Chery vehicles with the Saints audience
- Work closely with the Partnerships and Marketing teams to develop campaign messaging, promotional assets and sales initiatives
- Identify relevant member and customer segments to support targeted outreach and lead generation




- Coordinate campaign activity across Club channels to generate awareness, enquiries and vehicle sales opportunities
- Track sales activity, lead progression, conversion rates and completed vehicle sales against agreed KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records to support reporting and partner visibility
- Prepare clear performance updates for internal stakeholders and Chery Motors
- Review campaign results and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

Skills and Experiences: About You

- An experienced automotive salesperson ready for something different from the traditional dealership environment
- Commercially driven and motivated by achieving measurable sales outcomes
- Demonstrated experience achieving sales targets and KPIs
- A confident communicator who can quickly build trust with members, customers, corporate clients and partners
- Proactive and resilient in managing outbound sales activity, follow-ups and competing priorities

- Highly organised, with strong attention to pipeline management and accurate reporting
- Customer-focused and committed to ensuring every interaction reflects positively on the Saints and Chery
- Able to identify sales opportunities and contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions and member offers

What You Need

- Demonstrated experience in automotive sales, outbound sales, lead generation or business development
- A proven ability to convert warm leads into sales outcomes and achieve agreed KPIs

- Experience using a CRM or sales pipeline system to manage prospects, activity and reporting
- Strong communication, relationship-building and sales skills
- Experience managing multiple leads, follow-ups and priorities in a fast-paced setting

- Confidence working with internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery and sales outcomes
- A current driver’s licence
- Availability to undertake weekend work as required
- Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
