Oak Park Early Learning

Oak Park

Looking for a rewarding career as an Assistant Educator? Look no further! Oak Park Early Learning (OPEL) is a purpose-built early learning centre that opened in October 2025, and we are continuing to grow! With small groups of children and supportive, close-knit teams, it is a wonderful time to join OPEL and be part of our exciting growth journey.

OPEL is a beautiful, purpose-built centre with five spacious classrooms, bright and welcoming natural light, and access to our own wonderful garden spaces. We offer a Montessori - Inspired Kindergarten Program, which runs alongside play-based and milestone-based programs for our younger children.

In addition, we have an off-the-floor 2IC/Educational Leader who works directly with educators to support program implementation, development and reflective practice.

We also have an Occupational Therapist who provides weekly check-ins with our teams, supporting our educators to create inclusive practices, positive learning environments and strategies that meet the individual needs of our children.

At OPEL, we believe that educators should feel supported and valued in their roles. We promote a positive work/life balance by providing set shifts, giving you consistency and allowing you to plan your personal life around your work. We also have a no work at home policy, so when you finish your day, you can leave work at work!
