Job Description

We're looking for a junior marketing assistant that wants to get their foot in the door of a rapid-growing digital marketing agency in a multi-faceted role that includes webpage building (not coding, not design), QA testing and executive assistant functions.

What you'll do

- Page building within the Sanity CMS
n
- QA testing (websites and AI chatbots)
n
- Bug reporting
n
- Support executives with EA tasks including video conference setup, call scheduling, ticket writing, travel bookings and expense tracking. Assist on video shoots
n

What you'll bring

n

This is a junior role so emphasis will be on coachability, willingness to learn and overall enthusiasm opposed to experience.

- An undergraduate degree in business, computer science or design
n
- Previous experience creating and editing webpages in a recognizable CMS (Wordpress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc)
n
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
n
- Proactive communication
n
