Job Description

Downer is recruiting an Estate Works & Development Manager to join our permanent workforce in Williamtown, overseeing minor projects, compliance and reporting for PAS across Defence-related estates. You will contribute to design scopes, select specialists, and deliver broad estate knowledge to support Defence readiness.

The role demands accreditation, regulatory proficiency, and solid collaboration with the PAS Regional Manager and external partners.
