The Role:

- Manage general office administration and day-to-day operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails, in a skilled manner
- Prepare letters, documents, reports and collate files as needed
- Assistwith accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices and purchases
- Support compliance tasks such as ASIC and ATO administration
- Liaise with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders
- Contribute tomaintaininga smooth, professional, and efficient office environment

About You:

- 2+years' experiencein a similar role




- Highlyorganisedwith exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Genuine care for clients and their experience
- Previousadministration or financial support experience isadvantageous
- Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a collaborative team environment
