Job Description

City of Wagga Wagga is seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team. The role provides frontline support to the community in a quick-paced environment, handling enquiries and delivering quality service.

Duties include call centre operations, processing applications, cash handling and providing timely feedback. There are two roles: a permanent full-time position and a 12-month temporary full-time contract.
