We are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our high-performing warehouse operations team at our Epping site. This is a permanent, full time role offering an excellent remuneration package and the chance to make a real impact on operational excellence and cultural change.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day activities across the Epping warehouse, covering receival, picking, packing, replenishment and inventory management. With responsibility for two shifts and a workforce of 25-40 staff, you'll provide explicit leadership, coaching and support while maintaining high service levels to our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the standard for safety, efficiency and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

n

Ensure workplace health & safety compliance and embed a safety-first culture.

n

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 25-40 staff across two shifts.

n

Manage labour planning, rostering and workforce utilisation.

n

Oversee use of WMS systems, Pick to Voice, inventory and receival processes.

n

Drive and implement change management initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and team culture.

n





Provide coaching and mentoring to team leaders to build capability and accountability.

n

Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

n

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

About You

n

We are seeking a seasoned warehouse professional with proven experience in DC or 3PL operations. Ideally, you will bring an FMCG background and have demonstrated ability to manage large teams in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Bring

n

Proven track record managing warehouse/DC or 3PL teams of 30+ staff.

n

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach and hold teams accountable.

n

Demonstrated change management experience and ability to drive cultural improvement.

n

Experience working with WMS systems, Pick to Voice, and Excel for reporting and analysis.

n

Solid understanding of receival, pick, pack and inventory processes, ideally in FMCG.

n

Solid communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

n

A hands-on, results-focused approach with a commitment to high service levels.
