JK Williams is growing, and we're looking for skilled, reliable, safety-focused Multi-Skilled Machine Operators and Civil Labourers to join our team delivering major infrastructure projects across North and South Brisbane.

What You'll Be Doing

Multi-Skilled Machine Operators

- Operating a variety of civil construction machinery
- Bulk earthworks, final trim, drainage, roadworks and subdivisions
- Reading plans and understanding levels
- Maintaining machinery and completing pre-starts

Civil Labourers

- Supporting crews across earthworks, drainage, roadworks and subdivisions
- Assisting with pipe laying, compaction and general site preparation
- Spotting for machinery and keeping work areas safe and tidy
- Helping with setting out and checking levels under supervision

Across both roles





- Working alongside experienced supervisors and crews
- Delivering quality work while maintaining site safety standards

What We're Looking For

Operators

- Proven experience in civil construction
- Competent across multiple machines
- GPS machine control experience highly regarded

Labourers

- Civil construction experience preferred, but keen, hardworking people are encouraged to apply

All applicants

- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
