We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaner to join our team at our Processing****facilities, helping keep our workplace clean, safe and presentation-ready every day.

This is a permanent role that would suit someone who takes pride in a job well done, works well on their own, and understands why hygiene and presentation matter in a food business.

About the role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll keep our smoko rooms, amenities, administration building and factory offices in a neat and clean condition across Local sites. Your day-to-day will include:

- General cleaning across the factory and site, including reception and front entrance areas
- Cleaning of amenities: toilets, wash basins and floors
- Cleaning smoko rooms, board room and offices (wiping benches, desks, windowsills and shelving, emptying bins and cleaning floors)
- Cleaning and maintaining the first aid room and storage areas
- Window cleaning
- Maintaining stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables and chemicals
- Basic record keeping for chemical use,



and additional cleaning for infectious disease control as required
- General housekeeping and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) duties, and other cleaning tasks in the factory as needed

About you

- Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Able to work autonomously and follow instructions
- Accurate with record keeping
- Good personal hygiene and an understanding of food safety
- Committed to working safely and using cleaning chemicals correctly (in line with OHS and PPE requirements)
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential. A positive attitude counts for a lot
