- Base salary range: $80,293 – $85,291 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About The Area Campus Management is responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of the University's physical estate and infrastructure. About The Opportunity
- Monitor cleaning quality standards and contract compliance across multiple campus buildings and identify service issues for escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate cleaning operations, respond to service requests and provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders and contracted service providers, and assist with guidance and on-the-job training activities as required.
- Maintain operational records, support compliance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within campus cleaning services.
About You
- Certificate III or equivalent with relevant experience in the cleaning industry.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the provision of cleaning Services.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills together with proficiency in standard business software and computer applications.
- Demonstrated well-developed organisational skills, including the capacity to manage conflicting priorities, work autonomously, respond flexibly to changing priorities, and to carry out tasks accurately and effectively to completion.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with proven capability and confidence to deal with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with tact and discretion.
Note: As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete declarations in accordance with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence. A current National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check, and “C” class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.
Some after-hours and occasional weekend work may be required. The successful applicant must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
